Skupina Veritas d.o.o. carries out activities of Restructuring for those Companies that are due to various causes confronted with business and financial troubles, as well as for those, which have to carry out restructuring process because of changing their business model, expanding their activities or because of merger with strategic partner … In cooperation with our partners, Skupina Veritas d.o.o., forms and conducts Project Teams which on the basis of their experiences and knowledge analyze current condition of the Company and causes; prepare, conduct and execute restructuring procedures of Companies; advise in crisis management of Companies or also perform it (Company Management); carry out procedures of merger with strategic partners.

Activities of Restructuring of Companies and Company Management are ranged in four compatible complexes:
